Shipping Policy:

Most orders ship within 24 hrs from the time they are received.

Normal shipping is UPS Ground. (Please call 800.267.1674 for special shipping requirements.)

Return Policy:

Stock Cases may be returned in new condition only in the first 30 days after sale. (A 15% restocking charge may apply).
Made to order cases are NOT returnable.
If you need to return a case, you MUST call our office at (301) 497-9032 for a return authorization number.
Cases that are returned must be shipped freight prepaid.

SKB cases are guaranteed for life. The SKB policy is to repair or replace the case at their discretion after reviewing the case in their warranty repair center located in Orange, CA. The customer is responsible for the freight to get the case to the warranty repair center, and SKB will pay the freight back to the customer. Please note that a return authorization must be received and marked on the box prior to shipping the product back to SKB, otherwise they will not be able to process the return / repair.
